Reclaim Rubber (whole tyre reclaim)
It is de-vulcanised (recycled or reclaimed) old tyre rubber extensively used in tyres, tubes, adhesives, automobile parts, hose pipes, mats, conveyor belts, rubber sheets, battery boxes, rubber flaps and all other rubber moulded goods. Advantage: Use of reclaim rubber benefits in faster mixing with the compound, being cheaper than natural rubber used to reduce the costing of compound, due to the ability of faster mixing it reduces electricity consumption, use of reclaim rubber results many more advantages 7 benefits. It further comes in two grades HR (highly refined) & MED (medium grade) Butyl Reclaim Rubber
It is de-vulcanised (recycled or reclaimed) butyl tubes, extensively used in butyl automobile tubes, hoses, tyre inner liner, sound dampers, adhesives and all other butyl rubber moulded goods. Advantage: Use of butyl reclaim rubber results in faster mixing with the compound, improve the quality & rate of extrusion, being cheap than synthetic butyl rubber used to reduce the costing of the compound, due to the ability of faster mixing it reduces electricity consumption. Chemical name DI-XYLENE DI-SULPHIDE, it used as a catalyst in the process of making reclaim rubber. Any kind of rubber (vulcanized rubber scrap) whether synthetic rubber or natural rubber can be reclaimed (de-vulcanised) by the use of this chemical. Advantage: It makes the process of de-vulcanisation of rubber faster that too at a lower temperature & therefore reduces power consumption of rubber reclaiming plant, saves process timing, rubber can be reclaimed or de-vulcanised at a lower temperature, improve the efficiency of plant, saves the intake of fuel, improves the quality of resulting reclaim rubber and risk of hardening is reduced.
